mini refillable gas bottle

hi all....need info on the mini refillable gas bottle that is used for small boilers etc...I am familiar with bbq bottles and the like,I also use lpg with my oxy...are they easy to refill and can it be at done home or do they have to be taken to a gas agent...cheers clem

Bix make refillable gas tanks suitable for model use. They come in a range of capacities. They are easily refillable, using a standard adapter decanting from larger portable bottles.

I note you are in Tassie, so the UK supplier may not be an economic option but there may well be an agent for Bix down under.

Thanks dave...I already decant into smaller bottles so there shouldn't be any problem...I get a fair bit of gear from uk so that shouldn't be a problem either...

I have some small engines which I run on air and thought that I would like to try steam...cheers clem
