Kit engine with parts pre-machined for me?

Hey folks,

I'm looking to build an engine from pre-machined parts. Unfortunately I'm not setup to build my own parts yet, but I'm excited to try to build an engine from a kit.

So far I found TAYAN engine kits (Toyan Engine FS-S100AC DIY 4 Stroke RC Engine - Build Your Own RC Engine -130Pcs) that are fairly pricy. Are there any alternatives that you may recommend?

Something else I'm thinking about is getting an old chainsaw and refurbishing it. This may be satisfying as well though I was hoping to work with something that more like a vehicle engine and 4 stroke.

Any thoughts on this?

Depending on what you’re looking for, PM Research has a couple pre- machined kits.
Worth looking at, they’ll be easy to find.
