I ordered his CD a couple of months back but have not received it or any replies to emails since. The site has no contact information.

The domain has a private registration from a company in PA so I can't help with contact details of the site owner, however the registration was last updated on the 12th Jan 2017, so we know someone was maintaining the site then. Personally I'd be hitting Paypal for a refund. If Paypal can't get hold of the owner you will at least get your money back,.

The issue has been resolved, for me anyway, by PayPal. I opened a Dispute, submitted the information including data from here and other sites, and they have retrieved my money.

The process worked!!!

Good to hear - though I suspect you'd have preferred to get what you paid for. Paypal are generally pretty good at this stuff.

I hope he's OK and that this was just "one of those things". That sort of talent/knowledge is lost all to often. I would have liked to know him...
