I have a Craftsman 6”lathe and a Lensey Milling machine I have used for years. I signed up for this forumso I could learn from the people that have been doing machine work for years.Yes I read a lot on the subject and get the Home Machinist Magazine too. My hobby is repairing steam engines and steam toys and small electric motors, also toys. I’m a retired Electrician and full time firefighter for Cleveland. Hence the name, firefite. Dave

Hi Dave
Welcome to the forum. I am new here also. I have 2 lathes and a mill. Have been in metal my whole life. Currently working on a PM Research 6" metal lathe. I have many other castings to get done. Not retired yet but soon. Great hobbie. I am also in Amatuer Radio.
