Hello All. Would appreciate clarification from those who may have been involved with the Howell V 4 on the thread size used as the clamping medium on the V4 crank cheeks.. Drawing [sheet 53] indicates to tap 5-40.
Drilling size suits 4-40. No 5-40 fasteners are supplied in the Howell fastener package. Can I assume 4-40 is the requirement, or 5-40 for a safer way to go.
