Hello,
I just wanted to introduce myself and say how great this site is. I live in Arizona and work in the aerospace industry. I have always liked machine work and have been doing it as a hobby for some time. I have a 3 in 1 Smithy 1340 Granite and while it wont do some of the things that the Bridgeport mill or Clausing lathe I have at work will, it does fine for my hobbies. I am into gunsmithing and generally building things from metal. I am working on my first engine, a Stirling. After that I want to take on building an IC or steam engine and maybe someday building a small scale radial. Well thats me in a nutshell and I hope to not only learn from the folks here, but also be a contributing member.
