How to make valves for a four stroke engine on a lathe

I started building a four stroke engine, and I don't know how to make the valves.
Can anyone in the group post a picture of how to do it on the lathe?

Face and ctr drill the end so you can use a tailstoch ctr to support the work while the stem is turned, then do the back of the head which will probably need the topslide set at the 45deg angle. Saw off and hold in a collet to face the other end with gentle cuts, same to remove the ctr drill hole.

This one has a 3mm dia stem turned as one length, material is 303 Stainless Steel
