Just click on the small speech balloon button which is under every profile. (Just on a normal answer in a thread)

Proslaviy, first of all, welcome to the board. We are glad to have you.

In regards to your question, the simplist way to PM a member is the method that CrewCab has outlined. There is another way as well, and that is on the member profile page. If you click on the member's name, it will pull up the page with the member's information on it. At the bottom of that page, there will be a text link with the wording "Send this member a private message". By clicking on the link, or the icon that CrewCab has shown, a PM dialog box will open and you can type your PM much the same as you would a normal e-mail.
