Hitting "Report" button instead of "Reply" button

Please use caution when selecting the buttons.

The "Report" button and the "Reply" buttons are getting confused, and so we are getting reported posts, which turns out to when when someone really meant to hit the "Reply" button.

The "Report" button is on the left.
The "Reply" button is on the right.

If you post a reply, and then it vanishes after you hit the button, you have pushed the wrong button.
