well you come to the right place.
could you please tell us a bit about yourself, your life experiences and your shop and tools.
this just helps us help you. While it is possible to build an engine with just a few hand tools a lathe and a mill makes things a lot easier.

well mr. tin i am a automobile engineering student . . . . . .and my dad owns a garage where i can find every tool that i need . . . . . .

That's great to hear! I loved using my Dads tools in my younger days. Do you have some experience with lathes and mills?

Welcome Sir, Glad to have you here I would recommend starting with a Mccabe's runner, it's a nice little engine with simple plans and easy construction.
