Hi
I have just restarted my engine building after a 16 year lay off for the ususal reasons, family, buisness etc. I had a Simat mini lathe in the loft but decided to get something a little larger. I now have a Chinese combination lathe due to space limitations, and after a bit of fettling it runs very smoothly. I am still sorting out the workshop and trying to remember all I have forgotten, so I hope to get started on a few Elmers engines soon.
I just hope Mr Cowel keeps making the reality TV programmes that my daughters and wife like, because it gets me more quality time in the workshop
So watch this space to see if I can keep the scrap pile smaller than the completed component pile
Cheers
Steve
