Hello all

My is Dave, I live in Melbournes (AU) outer east, having moved from New Zealand nearly 30 yrs ago. Currently I am rebuilding larger diesel engines ( 300hp +) , but have had various experience in aviation, marine, and oil industry.
During these years i have accumulated an adequate range of workshop gear, well at least enough to get me out of (or into!) trouble.
I have been lurking in the background of HMEM for several months, and have finally decided to join and continue my learning experience and fascination with model engines and machining.
Main lathe is weiller LZ330, Mill/drill HM30.
