Gem, twin cylinder horizontal steam engine

Hello all, well, after watching all the awesome engines being built here, i have finally got to the stage where I can contribute something other than jokes
In 2007, while working in Australia, I happened upon a small store in the East side of Melbourne. Miniature Steam Pty. So, I decided to get one of their castings. I decided on the Gem, twin horizontal. Never built an engine from castings, let alone finished and engine, it was a pretty daunting ordeal at first. Spent a long time figuring out how to hold the castings for work. But, I persevered and I have a running engine.

That's nice and quiet. It takes care to avoid a bit of mechanical noise. So many engines have a knock somewhere or other, even at the first run.
