Anyone going to attend GEARS at Portland OR w/end 19/20 September?

I'm going over from Ireland (only as a spectator), so if anyone else is going, let me know and I'll look out for you.

If the weather is half decent, I'm going to ride down. If it's really nice, I may just carry on down for a few days riding the backroads of California when it's over. Any excuse for a ride.

Hi Dave

Did you come over last year? I seen to remember meeting you. I will be there with a few of my hot air fans and my little side shaft Canfield engine. My friend Max Morgan also from Boise Idaho will be there with a couple of new engines. One of the nicest running Merys you will ever see. and a Stickney Universal pumping engine.

No sorry wasn't me this will be the first year I have gone. And with any luck I will make it my 16Yo came home with a cold today and my wife sis fighting a ear ache knock on wood I'm OK (so far ) I will look for everyone Saturday and introduce myself.
