see photos, this is a Lindsay reprint, and Lindsay closed a few years ago so there will be no more of these -very high quality, not a xerox. this reproduction was printed in 1994, there is a little yellowing of the edges of the pages. $35 plus actual shipping (in the USA that will be under $5, overseas will be more) This is from the estate of a tool collector and good friend (note to me so I can find it: in book drawer)

To bad can buy new lathes like that any more.

actually you can buy new lathes like that, but you pay for them. and you can buy excellent used ones too, fome folks enjoy restoring the machnery. I personally use a 1970s Logan lathe, but there are tons of these southbend lathes out there. if you want to find folks that love this stuff, drop me a note, I can point you to another group for old machinery.
