If you need change gears for your lathe, this seller has several that are damaged but this one is in better condition.

"This 72 tooth gear is in good condition except for one missing tooth and a second half broken tooth and appears to be solid as it is made of cast iron or steel (it is magnetic)."

While its possible to fix broken teeth, unless the lathe is very uncommon, looking for gears is easier.

Possible solutions are welding and filing to profile, brazing a single tooth from another gear, brazing multiple teeth for another gear, pinning in a piece of material and filing to profile.
