Casio EX-F1 and slow-mo milling aluminium

This is a video I took nearly two years ago when work got a new Casio EX-F1 camera that could do high speed video.
I've only just found the video again and though it might be of interest.

The lube is WD40 in a pressure can.
I was making a back plate for a small three jaw chuck to go on the rotary table.
