well here's another pic that showed up on the Sherline site this is from CF 2005.
A photo of my son and the Lego shop also at his elbow is "Widget" an osculating steam engine he designed and built he took the plans for Lucy and Webster and built his own.

here is another photo of widget with L.E.E. it is the Lego Engineered Engine yes a running oscilator made mostly from Lego he did have to use a brass sleeve and a fly wheel and a couple other parts.
