Bendigo Model Engineers Exhibition 2009

New here, so not sure whether this is the right forum, seemed to be closest to the topic.

Went to the above exhibition today, took afew photos that I thought might be of interest of members of this forum.

Bendigo is in Central Victoria, Australia and is a historic gold mining town.

Gold is still being mined here in several places, in fact the biggest gold mine runs right under the city!

Onya Steelmaster - I was hoping to get down to it this year, but chronic poverty dictated otherwise. Perhaps next year, AND Mrs Tel has never seen Sovereign Hill, so ....

Next one is July 2011, it is held every 2 years.

They appear to alternate with the Melbourne Model Engineers, which had theirs last year and their next one is next year.
