I bought this drill press about 20 years ago at a consignment auction. Was told at the time it came from a glasses maker.
Recently have decided to make it functional. Need to make an attached movable motor for it as the pulleys move with the head (thinking old sewing machine motor).
Anyways I was told it is most likely home made with jewelers lathe parts. i have not been able to find and lathes that where chrome and I can not fine a name on it anywhere.
Anybody recognize the head parts?
Has some cool little glass oilers on it.
Need to find some more collets and drill bits.
Thanks,
Jon
