Today my boy and I took a road trip to Pittsburgh PA to go to the
2010 North Coast Golf Show.

Of course all of my purchases were tools, like this new golf shoe spike wrench.

My boy made the best purchase of the day.
He found a little girl's left hand fit driver.
(You won't find that at your local Walmart! ;))

If that little lefty takes to that club like her Daddy does, her Mom may not see either
one of them again until next November. :D

It was a great day outing with my boy!

I'm of the camp that the only reason golf got it's name is that sh!t was already taken....

Nice to spend time with your kids.

She looks like she might be on Tiger's six!

Uuum,

Tried golf once or twice and I am convinced of 2 things.

IT IS a game for left handers, played by right handers.

IT IS an expensive way to spoil a nice pleasant 3 mile country walk.

In the RAN golf clubs were known as "Make and Mend Sticks."

Rick, she sure is a cutie and she's more than halfway there being left handed, (so's my daughter, I've got a foot and hand in both camps).

Best Regards
Bob

Alright, down to the business of golf.

Today we had our first outing of the season.
On an average golf course, Par is somewhere around 70.
I beat my boy Roger today by 2 strokes with a score of 60.
I even managed to Par the 2ed Par 5 hole!

Here's the proof!

OK, so that was a 9 hole score and if you go over 8 strokes you have to
pick up the ball and record and 8. :D

We are certainly not good at the game but we sure love to try!

Worst part is, I forgot to take a hat along.
Tonight I have a badly sun burnt bald head. You can not appreciate how hard
the water in the shower is flying if that has never happened to you. :-\

You should have wore the cap into the shower. It would have protected your delicate bright red scalp which is now even redder having been beaten by all those drops of flying water. That's what you get for trying to beat a poor little defenseless golf ball with a big crooked stick. :big: :big:

Cheers :)
