Just got a 6JT Pro Series keyless chuck with a MT2 arbor.
Chuck and arbor looked good and will work well in my lathe.
BUT when I tried to put the chuck on my MT3-JT6 arbor for the milling machine it didn't fit at all.
JT6 is supposed to be Big End 17.2 mm Small end 15.9 mm
The chuck supplied is Big end 15.9 mm Small end 14.6 mm
Which means the small end of my arbor doesn't even go into the big end hole.
This chuck appears to be more like a JT 33
JT33 is supposed to be Big End 15.9 Small end 14.2
The only thing that comes to mind is "6JT Pro Series" is not the same as JT6.
