If you want to machine your own backplate for the Emco 5 here is a drawing. The front fixing chuck makes it much easier to change if you also use a collet chuck, also useful to move the job to the milling machine for 2nd ops without removing the part.

Put some drawings or pics of what you want, is it small enough to post ?
