    Thanks Mark and rkepler, That's all brilliant advice. I think I might try using the SMD solder paste, if I can get it in NZ but I am sure I can and heating it to melt with my gas torch on the outside after rivetting is complete. I had NOT thought about the banana problem, so that was timely...
