Hi All ! An update Small project within this project I put some temporary parts together, and saw if the cutting process worked as I intended.

The flange acts to prevent the movement of the bearings , so it is usually located on the inside.

It's simple, Just set a 45 (30, 60 ) degree angle between the workpiece and the cutter on the lathe or milling machine
