    i know lots of folks have built the kerzel engine...how do you connect the carb to the intake? Im leaning toward simply using 1/4" brass tube with loctite or RTV. Is this the right approach? the plans don't specify any threads on the head intake port, so I really don't see an alternative...But...

    Hey edi! Thanks for the reply. I see you used a #8 cutter...DId you make the offset cuts with that cutter as well, or finish the gears by hand. My calculations tell me I should use a number 7 cutter to account for the offset moves... I appreciate your input. Thanks.
