    Bench vise repair

    hi simon could you possibly braze or electric weld the two parts together and then re-machine the jaw surface ? if the two pieces are cast iron (i think they are) brazing would work but if you electric weld you would have to use nickel rod. just a thought and i hope this helps. chuck

    peter you can run model engines on kerosene, but just like the full size engines you will have to warm the engine up real good to make it work. as i am sure you know that is were the dual fuel carb comes into play. i ran my perkins on kerosene and it ran ok. when you get to trying kero let us...

    good morning guys :) (well its morning here) craig i thought with the shape of the pistons it would be fairly high compression but there is a BIG combustion chamber in the head so the compression shouldn't be too high. uni thanks for the picture :) well i didn't get much time in the shop but...
