    Hi Chuck; Casting set is from Canadian Model Engineering ( Dave Ortlieb ) They are made with Ted's original patterns. Throttle governed. My picture taking has been somewhat erratic but I have taken some along the way, nothing spectacular but I can add a few more sometime.

    Hi Anthony; I think you should reexamine your ignition setup, spark should be bright blue. Yellow or dull spark indicates an ignition problem, also reduce your plug gap in half. Your description sounds like a compression problem also exists, should force your finger off the hole even when...

    Hi Bert; You could check out Metal Supermarket for small cuts and different shapes. They have several stores around TO. And area. I find Canada Steel very good to deal with for steel and aluminums I am guessing you must be from the part of Ontario that is much closer to the north pole ;D Peter

    Carb cleaner or varsol. Wash,rinse,blow dry and repeat. I agree about Rustoleum, what about TSC's machinery enamels? You might have a problem getting hardeners for non waterborne paints.     Gear Cutters

    Brian; Check out gear cutters on e-bay,I just purchased a full set of 24 Dp from a manufacturer in Hong Kong. I think the price was 160.00 C and I have made two gearsets for my 1/3 Fairbanks Morse with them, worked very well. Two sets just because I was having fun. Peter
