    According to the plan for the Twin Oscillator you take a chunk of mild steel and turn it down to a 1/8" disk with a 5/32" shaft coming off it. I didn't really like that approach, so I fabricated it from a seperate disc and shaft, then added the small offset shaft.

    You are correct Jason, the small end does go into the main standard in a tapped hole. I don't think there is any need for the counterbore.
