The flat blank was calculated & then drawn in AutoCad. CNC machined the perimeter with scores cut 1/3rd material thickness deep where the bends are. Folds up nice.

Next I made all of the gears. 3 - 20 Tooth 8DP Gears 1 - 60 Tooth 8DP Gear 2 - 96 Tooth 8DP Gears I drilled holes in between each gear tooth to make the hobbing go faster, I made each gear tooth in 3 passes.
