HI well for the reamer you will need a MT1 to a MT2 sleeve and for the end mill you will need ether a Colet chuck or a set of MT2 Colet's to fit in the head of the mill if you can find a makers name on the mill google the name and you shod find out more on the mill

HI you say the valves are OK ? have you dun a leek test tack of the Head and leave the plug in and put sum paraffin in the head and see if it leeks threw
