There is a fungus among us.

This is less likely then brain eating amoebas entering your brain via the nose while swimming in a lake. Some people have allergenic responses to certain fungi and some spores do carry toxins but a toadstool is not going to colonize your lung.

    Axial Swash Plate Feed Pump

It's a fixed displacement pump, so if you took a flow reading at 0psi then 100psi then 200psi, with cool down breaks in between, then you should be able to quickly calculate rpm vs displacement at each pressure point. Sounds like 0psi and 100psi had proper valve action, so they should work out...

    Axial Swash Plate Feed Pump

Hey, that sounds like some solid progress though. Are you going to try your boiler under 100PSI at a lower burner setting? Be really neat to see what the turbine does at an available 100psi of steam. What flow rate did you achieve? Enough to spin up the turbine? Nice call on the ceramic...

What does this issue look like to you?

It's possible the machine is run as part of QC pre sales.

Is there a program to make a 3D model with measurements that is free?

Fusion, which I believe has a Spanish version, has a free home user option. Used to be fusion 360. https://www.autodesk.com/ca-en/products/fusion-360/personal https://www.autodesk.com/es

    Axial Swash Plate Feed Pump

Are you able to remove the pressure gauge, leaving the valve set, and try running it in? Maybe it just needs some time to bed?

There is a fungus among us.

The non decomposing mushrooms are often part of the microryzal network, which supplies surrounding plants with nutrients in exchange for other things, making them highly beneficial. The destroying angel is a microryzal powerhouse supporting near by trees with nutrients. The reproductive...

    Axial Swash Plate Feed Pump

Oops, sorry. I missed the video because I replied from reading the emailed update. I see, looks to me like you are right. Some balls are not behaving. I wonder if it is their inertia

    Axial Swash Plate Feed Pump

Have you tried it with a dummy load and pressure gauge? If all the balls are closing the pressure gauge, at least a glycerine filled one, should shiver around an output pressure reading but if you have some missed ball seating events, then it should oscillate more wildly. If you throw a valve...

    Request - Injector designs

I think that the rod through the sides rotates the interior which has the effect of controlling when the internal passages vent extra flow via a helix. But don't quote me on that.

He has a combustion chamber, his spray pattern looks wide enough that it might mostly hit the walls of his burn chamber? Maybe you are on to something and it's the precise way he can adjust timing and spray volume more then magic at the nozzle end... ...buuuut that tiny simple injector is...

    Suggestions for small mill/jig borer?

Sounds like you could do with two machines. Something like a Taig for milling and a boring jig for the really fiddley holes?

The springs he uses look very light. Like the springs from a mechanical pencil.

It's the tiny size of Mr. Hansen's injectors that gets me.

But you're good at it! Your injector drawing was great.

    Suggestions for small mill/jig borer?

Out of curiosity, why not check out a Taig mill?

    Diesel nozzles, EDM

That's highly unfortunate. Roger helpfully shared some fantastic R&D here Post in thread 'Request - Injector designs' https://www.homemodelenginemachinist.com/threads/request-injector-designs.36273/post-414138

What is a Diesel Engine ?

Wow, octane rating as low as 35. Those tractors must have had crazy low compression
