    What kind of lathe process would you recommend to make low pressure pneumatic cylinders?

    We use many different bore and stroke air cylinders in our bit Rc air planes . These are made using dim brass tubing with the ends groove probably with an o ring then they apparently are rolled with a groove pressing into the o ring .     Sounds like a trip to the wrecking yard for replacement door . Rock auto may have new ignition parts . The whole steering column is not too hard to replace so that may be an alternative. The lock mech can be tedious be sure you get new keys and keep the old ones for other locks on the truck
