I believe the issue is the commitment. The 2024 Indiana show requested two full days to exhibit. I had two tables of engines, but as that I'm still employed, it took up my entire weekend and I only live 2-1/2 hours away from the show. Perhaps a section where someone could bring a few engines...

Ondsel is based on FreeCAD, but with a workflow that's much closer to the commercial mechanical CAD software. Both Ondsel and FreeCAD have assembly environments which most free CAD modellers do not. ...Ved.

Go to Myer's Engine. They have some wobbler casting kits of decent size that aren't too expensive. ....ved.

Those that were following, know that this air motor was to be an "ultra-quiet" air compressor pump. Well the performance was abysmal. It wouldn't pump air worth a damn regardless of what I did to it. The only thing to do was to build up a base and reassemble the thing into an air motor...

I made up the port brushes, found some applicable springs in my stash, and reassembled the engine. (No reason for pictures because, externally, it looks the same.) Performance is worse than before. Therefore: I'm done. This project is officially a failure. Not that I didn't learn things...
