Hi Everyone, I have been working on some of the small parts for the Gade lately. Here are some pictures. I'm glad to be done drilling all the #60 (.040) holes in the .094 drill rod pins! I hope to see some of you at the Cabin Fever Expo in April. cheepo45

I think the difference between the cheap and expensive 4 jaw chucks is probably parallelism of the jaws and smoothness of the jaw movement. I have successfully used both the cheap ones and the expensive ones. I prefer 4 jaws because of the extra holding power and the ease of getting the part to...

There are still a few out there. My workplace has been looking for one for a couple of years. Nobody wants to start a the bottom and get their hands dirty. There have also been some issues with applicants failing the drug test. cheepo45
