    I had the need for some copper washers some time ago and made them from a piece of tubing. Copper tubing comes in several OD's.     $200 is a drop in the bucket compared to what they cost. Yes it will sit in the shop 90% of the time but every hour spent on it will reward the owner every time. I would jump on it if it was in my area. Nelson

    Scott You can get a tapered end mill to cut it. I would plow down the center with a straight end mill then come back with the taper and take off just enough to get the angle and thickness of web. Then repeat it again on the other side. Just how much do you really need? Nelson
