If you can find one , use a 6 or even an 8 pole motor in combination with a decent ( vector ) vfd . It's better to increase the relatively low rpm from a 6 pole to a higher value using the vfd then to decrease an 1800 or a 3000 to a lower value . Both cooling and torque will benefit . Round...
