Mastiff lc mason engine REDO .

Hi All . The valves have been assembled, and they have been tested for leaks with diesel oil : results were ok. I made an excel spreadsheet with the lobe angles (I have made several excel spreadsheets for several engines and I plan to combine them), although I have checked several times...

Mastiff lc mason engine REDO .

A little update I have assembled a few parts, everything goes according to plan, I was going to assemble the valves but I forgot I haven't prepared the springs yet. Another news, I won't be visiting the forum very often, maybe a week or more. , That helps me focus... I will visit the forum...

Don't try to put me on a different path The conclusion is: Let's say something based on basic principles of engineering. Say what you've actually done, things that have been proven.!! Please.........................

You avoid using DC and you create a new topic about PLC, PLC programming, sensors..?? Is it too contradictory?? To me that's really crazy ----- Yes, this is an open forum. , anyone can register and participate in the discussion .. everyone has the right to express their opinions, but those...

No . Other comments such as: thermal expansion with diameter of 1 or 2 mm., 0.03 mm pump stroke....bla bla... They really overload me.

I'm not sure about that., and maybe you are a lot more than what you say ;) But sometimes, knowing less is better because won't get annoyed...😅

Whatever it is....when someone says: DC electricity is like a plague - That's the stupidest statement I've ever seen

You say it very well but you do it.....!??? One of your comments: I don't understand your statement?!? There are a lot of DC voltages around you right now, tablets, laptops, phones... there is always DC voltage and I don't understand how you avoid it???? And then you create a new topic...

As you can see, I comment a lot. - Over 2000 comments: A record for me for a forum - usually nothing or a few dozen comments, but the more things like that...the more I starting to get bored......

    4 Cylinder Inline Engine

Well, there's one really important thing that I think you really need to know : I haven't built many cylinders with atmospheric intake valves yet.😅

    Upshur's opposed twin engine

I quite agree. I looked at some of Brian's projects and it seemed like the tolerances were too tight in the parts that needed to move, it was really a problem with small sized parts. As I said before, Brian, you need to standardize how you build engines, compression standards, tolerances...

That's really a challenge to do with 4 cylinders

Mastiff lc mason engine REDO .

I searched for information on the internet, it's true to what you said, and the way I did the firing order was wrong. That helps me a lot, avoid mistakes...because I make the camshaft from one piece., Crazy when make new the camshaft Thank you About the piston and oil rings : it's new to me...

Hi David . Just ask to know more : Yes, I agree, with model engines it doesn't matter much But is it the true purpose of a Boxer engine to create balance? That firing order doesn't fit the Boxer engine's purpose, right?

Mastiff lc mason engine REDO .

Hi All . I have a question, I looked at the plans for this engine, it seems the firing order is not correct, right ? , 2 cll on the same side would fire and after another

Hi All. A small update I did "gasket" (I don't know what to call it) for Pin piston And draw a simple diagram of the position of the cylinders, the direction of rotation of the crankshaft...., to determine the lobes of the camshaft.

Protection to Micro lathe power supply?

Agree 101% ---- When someone tries to do everything to prove it is wrong, and unnecessary...don't argue.
