Trying to get started on my first engine. Bought plans way back from Bob Roach and finally have the time and equipment to get going on it. Looking for castings for Pratt and Whitney Wasp Jr. and found you guys. Seems like I waited to long and there are none to be had. I investment cast and have a 3d printer so casting them myself is an option if a 3d model is available.

Any rate happy to have found you guys

Welcome, glad to have you.
I found the following information, which may or may not be exactly what you are looking for.
To get high qualilty castings like Paul Knapp made, you need eithe investment castings, or lost PLA type.

I think the engine could be 3D modeled, and then patterns 3D printed.
You would basically be designing on cylinder, and the section of crankase that does with it, and then you could rotate that design around the crankshaft axis to make 9 components.

I did not find any castings available.
