I have been building things all my live, but for the last 25 years, it has been mostly machine projects. My primary interest has been with live steam locomotives, but have also mixed in the occasional mill engine and vertical steam engine. Operating the steam locomotive is getting to be too much work for this oldster, so I am now concentrating more on shop work and building a couple of Stuart engine kits I purchased earlier this year.
My other hobbies include photography and electronics.
