My name is Greg and I am 15 years old.
I live in the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.
I was born in Bolton, England (just outside of Manchester). I have a sister who is 2 years older than me and a brother who is 5 years younger than me. When I was 6 years old in January 2009, my parents my sister and my little brother and I emigrated to Australia . We left England because of the miserable weather.

I have always been interested in how things work from a very young age, and I took things apart to see how they worked and then put them together again. My father is absolutely no idea in regards to D.I.Y so I learned everything from books or from other people.

I have Aspergers Syndrome and ADHD, I have always found it difficult to fit in at school and in recent years I have found my niche (making people laugh) and I am well known throughout school for having a very strong opinion on everything due to my outlook on life, (here is a quote of myself rectifying this) "I if it isn't logical, it is stupid".

last year I finished making a 4-stroke model Webster 4-stroke engine. Because I did not have a lathe, I had to use it at school. (which had not been used for 10 years) on Thursday afternoon lunch times (40 minutes). I have taught myself a little bit and have also received some help and advice from other members of the local model flying club (yes I build and fly model planes).

At the end of last year after repairing and selling lawn mowers from the dump, I got a myford ml7 lathe (with a little help from my father)
and things have moved on a bit since then.
